We are so lucky to have seen some of the most beautiful sunsets at our Hilltop stays in Pipe Creek and encourage guests TRY to be on-site for the sunsets as they are often breath-taking. The main property sits 2000 feet above sea level and it's just a special treat!

We also offer two long-term rental options - our Vintage Gypsy Rose, on the far side of the property, and a long term rent option in Boerne (without hilltop views) with dark, starry skies, and a fun noontime lunch whistle (a nostalgic nod to Boerne's history). There are plenty of birds, squirrels, tall trees, and beautiful deer at all locations.

Your hosts are Foodies who enjoy good cooking, eating and sharing great food, Breakfast at our Hilltop location in Pipe Creek is always "Chef's Choice," and comes with an entree that includes a breakfast meat (bacon, sausage, or alternative if vegan or vegetarian), seasonal fruit (organic if available), coffee/tea, and juice. Breakfast is totally optional in case you have other plans, but always available on Saturday and Sunday mornings, and is an extra $25 per couple/per meal (paid on-site - cash preferred - or venmo or paypal),and we can handle most dietary needs - vegan, dairy free, gluten free, keto, etc. with advance notice.
